Event Registration
Registration Process
- Event registration is done through our online form
- You must provide accurate and complete information
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information
Payment
Registration fees must be paid in full before the event. Prices are listed in local currency and are subject to change.
Cancellation and Refunds
- More than 60 days before the event: full refund minus 10% administrative fee
- Between 30 and 60 days before the event: 50% refund
- Less than 30 days before the event: no refund
- Participant substitutions are allowed at no additional charge
Event Changes
SeaFood 4 Africa reserves the right to modify the program, speakers, venue, or event dates. In case of major changes, registered participants will be notified as soon as possible.
Code of Conduct
All participants must respect the following rules:
- Respect all other participants, speakers, and staff members
- Do not engage in disruptive or offensive behavior
- Follow safety rules and staff instructions
- Do not record sessions without prior authorization
- Respect the intellectual property rights of all content
Intellectual Property
All event content, including presentations, documents, and materials, is protected by intellectual property rights. No reproduction or distribution is permitted without prior written permission.
Photography and Media
By participating in the event, you consent to photographs, videos, and audio recordings being made and used for promotional purposes by SeaFood 4 Africa and its partners.
Limitation of Liability
SeaFood 4 Africa shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained during the event, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct. Participants are encouraged to purchase travel and cancellation insurance.
Force Majeure
In case of force majeure (natural disaster, pandemic, civil unrest, etc.), SeaFood 4 Africa reserves the right to cancel or postpone the event. In this case, refund or postponement options will be communicated to participants.
Privacy
The use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Casablanca.
